Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1 — Disconnect Georgie from Facebook

If you connected a Meta account, you can revoke Georgie's access directly from Facebook:

• Go to your Facebook Apps and Websites settings.
• Find Georgie in the list of connected apps and remove it.
• Facebook notifies Georgie's data-deletion endpoint, which logs your request and returns a confirmation code. Personal data tied to that connection is removed within 30 days, in line with Meta's Platform Terms.

Revoking access immediately stops Georgie from accessing your Meta account; the access token for that connection is deleted right away.

Option 2 — Delete your Georgie account

From inside Georgie, an account owner can delete the account from Settings → Account. This removes your profile, connected ad-account tokens, saved configuration, and activity logs. Some records may be retained briefly as described under "What we keep" below.

Option 3 — Email us

You can also request deletion by email. Send a message to hello@georgie.ai with the subject "Georgie data deletion request" from the email address on your account. We will confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email) and authentication identifiers.
• Meta access tokens and the configuration of your connected ad accounts.
• Activity logs and Creative Studio content you uploaded or generated.

What stays — and why

Audiences, campaigns, ad sets, and ads that Georgie created live in your own Meta ad account, not in Georgie. They are yours and remain under your control; delete them in Meta Ads Manager if you wish. We may also retain a minimal record of a deletion request, and limited billing records required by law, for as long as legally necessary.

Timing

Deletion is completed within 30 days of a valid request. If you used the Facebook disconnect method, keep your confirmation code — you can reference it in any follow-up with us.
